You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal, or depicts or sexualizes minors in any way;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonates a real person to deceive or harm;
• promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or self-harm;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• attempts to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the rights of the underlying AI model providers and applicable law. By sharing content publicly within the Service, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for content you create and share.

5. Credits, subscriptions & payments

• Generations consume credits. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance; you may also purchase one-time credit packs.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by these Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country].
