This Privacy Policy explains how Zzozzo ("we", "us"), operated by Minna LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and apps (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information — your email address and any profile details you provide when you sign up.
Content you create — the prompts you enter and the images, videos, characters, and audio you generate, including items you choose to share publicly.
Payment information — when you subscribe or buy credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles them securely.
Usage data — basic technical information such as device type, app version, and how you interact with the Service, used to keep it working and improve it.

How we use your information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and generate the content you request.
To process payments, manage your subscription, and track your credit balance.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and prohibited content.

Service providers

We share data only with trusted providers needed to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (AI generation), and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

AI-generated content

Content you generate is produced by AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you create and share. We may review or remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request access to your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and generated content, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.

Children

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
